赵亚娟，女，中共党员，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，陕西科技大学。近年来在ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Small等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇，获授权发明专利5项。主持国家自然科学基金、陕西省科协青年人才托举计划项目、陕西省自然科学基金和中科院半导体所重点实验室开放课题等项目。
